Stayed for a week and have only great things to say personally. Very clean establishment. Great staff actually excellent staff. Went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

What a find this hotel was!!! You need to stay here, and you need to have dinner in their restaurant! Trust us!! Best meal we had in our 8-day stay in Portugal! What a surprise!! Cannot tell you how surprised we were... as this was just a last-minute add/stop-over in our journey from Porto to Lisbon. They had underground parking which was nice. But we never would have believed how good the food was - we had an incredible dinner and breakfast there. Super convenient to the sites - just walk across the street. The room was nice - a little small - but clever use of space. Very clean and modern decor. But the standout was the food! Not sure how they found such a talented chef - but you need to go there and try it! Hoping we may be back someday! - The Vallows

Absolutely loved it. Angelo the Manager is wonderful and looks after his guests. Staff were very helpful. Rooms impeccably kept. Restaurant too, good food, well presented and kind waiters. Parking in the basement too. And so close to the Sanctuary 🙏🏼

Very well located and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Be careful with parking if your car is big, don’t make the same mistake as we did. Parking underground was a very stressful experience with a large car, and that may be an even bigger issue during the busy season. The room we stayed in was a simple room, which had an interesting open floor plan design. It was kind of weird in some ways. For instance, there’s a bathroom sink island that is open to the bedroom area. I’m not sure what kind of purpose or practicality that serves, but there it was.

The location cannot be beat, close to main attractions and convenient to restaurants. The room was clean and nicely appointed with modern amenities. Free and safe parking for vehicles was also a plus. Thank you for a great stay.

This Hotel is very near Fatima Sanctuary and bus station. It is walking distance to the bus station. It has excellent location. The rooms are very spacious and very nice. Breakfast is good. Its personnel provide excellent service. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine, comfortable bed, size of the room, reliable internet, fridge in the room, location next to the shrine. However, I strongly disliked the bathroom settings. The shower and the toilet are part of the living quarter. To give some privacy, a curtain blind and be drawn. However, this does not hinder to expose, noises or odours from the toilet, vapor from the shower cabin or light when using the facility at night to penetrate the room. The ventilation was was too weak to prevent discomfort. Underground parking was offered free of charge during weekdays, but otherwise the charge is 15.- €. The access to the -3 level by lift is only manoeuvrable by experienced drivers. The buffet breakfast is excellent, however 15.- € compared to other Fatima hotels is hefty. The staff was all welcoming and helpful.
